NDACo Week #3 Report

The blog posts below provide much of the weekly happenings, mostly committee hearings, some committee action, but expect more of that next week as we pass the final bill introduction deadline on Monday.

There has been lots of discussion of the Legislature doing their own “interim” revenue forecast, to use as a basis for budgeting until the “official” forecast is completed in March.  This is to be “out” next week and promises to be VERY important for the short-term decision-making on spending.
