The North Dakota Senate approved the changes made by House members and unanimously passed the revised  SB 2103. The "Surge" infrastructure funding bill includes $1.1 billion that will be dispersed across the state immediately.  A majority of the funding will go to western ND to help meet the growing needs in the oil patch.  You can see prior blog posts for more detail on bill.
The Governor is having a bill signing at 11:00 Tuesday morning in the Brynhild Haugland Room in the State Capitol.
