North Dakota Governor Jack Dalrymple will present the Executive Budget and Revenue Proposals for the 2017-2019 biennium. Dalrymple will provide his budget address December 7th at 10:00 a.m. This will be Dalrymple's last legislative address, as he did not seek re-election. North Dakota Governor Jack Dalrymple will present the Executive Budget and Revenue Proposals for the 2017-2019 biennium. Dalrymple will provide his budget address December 7th at 10:00 a.m. This will be Dalrymple's last legislative address, as he did not seek re-election.
